| This is a video from the Bulgarian Music Idol 2 (2008) audition where a female contestant is trying to sing Mariah Carey's song "Without you" (a.k.a. Ken Lee) in fake English. Her name is Valentina Hasan, 30 years old. Valentina thinks the title of the song is "Ken Lee" (she was confusing the refrain "Can't live..." with "Ken Lee"). This video is an attempt to "subtitle" the singer's strange lyrics, which she claimed were in English. Actually, this is not even a real language! Valentina did not pass the Bulgarian Music Idol 2 audition but this video made her famous and later she was invited to the show as a guest. Here is the video of her second singing performance with improved English ;) Valentina is from the village of Zvezdelina, in the Kardzhali Province. She's married and Hasan is her husband's surname. She and her husband currently live in Spain. |
