1. Learn English with Hello-Hello - this app was built in part by the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages. It comes with 30 conversational lessons based on real-life situations. 2. Duolingo - this app is highly recommended for beginners. Every day, you can learn English by playing short games. (iPhone/Android)

3. Hello English - this is a great app that will help you to improve your English. It covers all the aspects of language learning, including vocabulary, grammar, spoken, and reading skills. However, the app canít help you learn English from scratch. You should already be able to understand basic English structure and alphabets. (iPhone/Android)

9. LearnEnglish Podcasts - Free English listening (British Council) - offers more than 20 hours of audio materials on a wide range of everyday topics. Each conversation has a script and a comprehension quiz after it. This app is free and you can download the podcasts. (iPhone/Android)

10. English Listening and Speaking - this Android app is focusing on conversational English and daily speech. It is great to learn how to communicate in English; includes thousands of English conversations with audio and transcripts (Android)



11. English Listening Practice Ė World Talks - this app focused on studying English through listening. There are over 1500 listening lessons, and listeners have the option to mixer lessons. It allows hearing six different people respond to the same question. Thus the listeners hear various dialects and can improve their accent. 12. Speak English Fluently - this app is designed to improve your English conversation and listening skills and help you speak more fluently in an American accent.
